Delek Energy Systems Ltd. holds oil and gas exploration & production rights mainly in Israel, the US, Vietnam and Russia. As the majority shareholder in Delek Drilling LP and Avner Oil & Gas Exploration LP, Delek is Israel’s premier company in oil and gas exploration and production. The Group’s subsidiaries, in partnership with the US company, Noble Energy Inc., produce natural gas from their high-quality reservoirs offshore Israel, and have been Israel's main source of natural gas since 2004. In early 2009, Delek along with its partners discovered a second significant gas reservoir; known as Tamar, off the Northern coast of Israel and together with Noble continue to explore additional wells.

Delek Group manages over 1,600 gas stations and convenience stores through three major subsidiaries in retail energy – Delek, Israel Fuel Corporation Ltd., Delek US Holdings, Inc. and Delek Europe Holdings Ltd.

Delek, The Israel Fuel Corp. is Israel's second largest fuel distributor and the first fuel distributor to have been founded with the creation of the State of Israel in 1951. Approximately 235 gasoline stations service more than 110,000 vehicles daily, while the ever expanding Menta chain of convenience stores offers drivers a range of high-quality refreshments.
