AVINOIL company was founded in Athens in 1977 and started operations with the sale and distribution of lubricants, produced by Motor Oil Hellas, throughout Greece.

The first gas stations with AVIN's trade mark were launched in October 1982.Today, with a network of more than 550 gas stations allover Greece, Avin occupies ranking 2 in the Hellenic fuel market

AVIN provides high quality fuels for vehicles, airplanes and the industry, asphalt, liquified gas and lubricants compliant to international technical specifications API, SAE, CCMC, ACEA, and also complies with the standards set by major car manufacturers.

The Company obtains its products mainly from Motor Oil Hellas (MOH), Corinth Refinery.

AVIN mainly provides fuels in the Hellenic market, but also exports fuel and lubricants to neighboring countries (Albania, Bulgaria, FYROM, Romania and Cyprus).

AVIN has constructed and is operating the Motorway Rest Area (SEA) in Megara and holds a 14% share in OLYMPIC FUEL COMPANY, the company responsible for construction and exclusive operation of the Aviation Fuel Supply System at the Athens International Airport in Spata.
