Hypco

HYPCO (Hydrocarbon Products Company S.A.L) was established in 1962 in Kuwait as a distributor of Valvoline lubricants. In November 1962 we opened our first HYPCO office in Beirut

The first service station in Lebanon was opened in Mount Lebanon in 1964 in an area called Beit Shabab. Following this station, consecutive stations began to open around Beirut (Tabaris Station - 1966), in the North of Lebanon (Chakka Station - 1967), in the South of Lebanon (Zifta Station - 1965) and in the Bekaa Valley (Bar Elias Station - 1966).

Today, HYPCO operates a network of nearly 80 service stations across the country and sells exclusively Shell branded lubricants on HYPCO’s retail fuel forecourts.
