As a means to enhance its presence in the domestic market, MOTOR OIL has created a coherent distribution network which includes, apart from the refinery vessel and truck loading facilities, various premises located all over Greece which are used by its customers for the delivery of products according to special agreements.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) acquired from SHELL 100% of the shares of SHELL HELLAS and SHELL GAS A.E.B.E. YGRAERION. It has been agreed, through a trademark licensing agreement, to retain the SHELL brand at the retail network, the products, and the services of SHELL for a minimum period of 5 years.
