Ideal Candidate Profile:

This is a global, unique and exciting opportunity that requires a visionary business leader who has demonstrated successful partnerships with distribution networks, OEM and Dispensing Manufacturers in the Natural Gas downstream equipment industry.  The winning candidate will be driving growth in this exciting market segment through internal collaboration by identifying opportunities that deliver solutions to global customers.  He/She will have a solid background and understanding of the full cycle of product development for the natural gas equipment industry.  They will work closely with Sales & Marketing and Engineering to identify growth strategies and new product opportunities.  The successful candidate will become the company’s internal industry expert and his/her input will be highly regarded.  The company’s key leadership team has committed full support in growing this business and will work closely with this Business Development Manager to support the overall growth initiatives. Double digit sales and profit growth is expected over the next 5 years for this segment which will lead to greater challenges and opportunities for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership for Clean Energy Fueling Products within OPW.
  • Actively identify key market opportunities including:  Distribution/Aftermarket, OEM’s, and Dispensing Manufacturers in the Natural Gas downstream equipment industry.
  • Develop solid industry relationships and partnerships that will achieve growth for the business.
  • Position OPW as a leader across global markets through increased awareness of OPW product offerings. 
  • Work with Sales & Marketing to develop a sound business strategy that will increase immediate and long term business opportunities.

Compensation:                

Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, and will include an attractive base salary, participation in an incentive program, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Education:                          

An undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent, an MBA is preferred.
