Insight Research to host "Future of Convenience"

Insight Research will be hosting its annual international convenience store and petroleum retail industry event, in London, Dublin and Paris, September 20-24th, in association with NACS, the International Association for Convenience and Petroleum Retailing

This event is in its 12th year and was attended by retailers and supplier delegates from 20 countries in 2009."Future of Convenience" brings the European industry together and offers convenience retailers and suppliers a unique insight into best practices in the advanced European market, as well as showcasing international industry leadership. Highlights include: 

  • Presentations from President/CEOs at Waitrose Convenience, Mills, Sheetz and Rutter’s. Main conference sponsored by Torex.
  • Study tours to Total’s Boutique Bonjour in Paris, Tesco’s new Zero Carbon store, Applegreen’s 1st motorway service station/truck stop in Ireland and latest Waitrose, SPAR and Tesco. Study tours sponsored by Western Union.
  • EXPO including impact of new technologies: cash management, fast payment, media, loyalty programmes, fuel pricing strategies, financial services.
  • Global best practice case study in developing “fresh” on a petrol station from Woolworth’s, SA.
