Truenorth Energy, the petrol retail 50:50 joint venture between Shell Oil Products US and Ohio-based family business Lyden, has acquired 109 Shell-branded sites in the greater Chicago area from Shell

All stations will continue to trade under the Shell banner. Following the transaction, Truenorth operates or supplies 212 sites in Ohio and south eastern Michigan.
