PetroChina, Sinopec, CNOOC, Sinochem, BP China, Total China, KPI, PetroVietnam to participate in Oil Distribution & Retail 2010

On 11th February 2010, the Ministry of Commerce of People’s Republic of China has issued guidance opinions on promoting the development of non-fuel business of petrol stations in the period of the “Twelfth Five Years Plan” (Year 2011t o 2015)

On 18th May 2009, the State Council of China put forward to speed up the construction of reserve facilities and to build state reserves of refined oil.

How to develop non-fuel business in China in a scientific and effective way? What are the considerations for non-fuel business program? What are the possible non-fuel business models in China? What are the differences of non-fuel business between China and US, UK…?

What’s the construction scheme of China’s refined oil terminals and supporting facilities? What are the key technologies in the design, engineering and construction for oil storage terminals? How to improve logistics capability and optimize storage management?

All those crucial strategic questions will be discussed at 3rd Annual Oil Distribution & Retail 2010 on the 27th & 28th of May, 2010 in Beijing, China, which is jointly organized by International Petroleum Economics Monthly (IPE) and Global Leaders Institute (GLI).

Currently, Sheng Qiuyue, Director of Non-Fuel Business, PetroChina Sales Co., Ltd, Belinda Sui, Marketing Director, BP China Retail, and Chris J. Wachendorfer, President & Chief Operating Officer, Grease Monkey China, will join non-fuel business round table discussion as participants.
