EPoS success at new store: Duffy’s Binfield
Duffy’s selected EPoS and Back Office Management solutions from Indigo Retail at their brand new store. Since opening on the 26th of May, the stores managers are delighted with the robustness, ease of use and reporting functionality of Indigo’s technology solutions
Duffy’s already had the Indigo solution installed at their two Budgens stores, Lightwater and Ash Vale, for a number of years, so this solution was the natural choice for Duffy’s Binfield.
Six weeks after the installation, George Duffy is impressed with how the management information is helping his team make decisions on which items to stock during the crucial initial trading period ‘the management team find information on what’s selling and what’s not quick and easy to find so they can make swift decisions to optimise ordering and shelf layout. We’ve also found the daily processes such as sales reconciliation simple and the cashiers report the touch-screen tills are swift and easy to use. We’ve experienced a very busy first few weeks of trading and I’m delighted that the technology we’ve installed has supported the launch so well.
