Vietnam's Ocean Bank, PetroVietnam Oil Corp launch pre-paid oil and fuel cards

The OP card is a pre-paid card designed with the specific purpose of purchasing petroleum products. Customers are not required to open individual accounts to use these cards.

Meanwhile, the OP Plus card is not only a pre-paid debit card for petroleum purchasing purposes, it also has functions similar to that of a bank card.

The two cards are serviced for payment purposes in PetroVietnam’s Oil petrol stations and Ocean Bank businesses nationwide.
