Participants will be asked to assess equipment suppliers on a range of factors, such as product quality, technical expertise and customer commitment.  ICMA is also interested in hearing how well the retail petroleum equipment industry meets customer needs with respect to products that minimize environmental impact.  Qualified participants are familiar with fuel dispensers in retail (or fleet) use. In fact, they make or influence the purchase decision.
