National Energy Equipment Inc. acquires John Reid & Son Ltd.

National Energy (“NEE”), headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario with 13 branches coast-to-coast in Canada is a national distribution company and service provider for petroleum and propane equipment with a broad range of products and services for industrial, wholesale bulk, transportation, commercial and retail customers. NEE also distributes hearth, patio and home comfort products for heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

JRS of Montreal, Quebec is a petroleum equipment distribution and service company with a strong history and foundation in the industry, serving the Quebec market for over 61 years.  JRS will continue to operate under the existing name but as a division of National Energy Equipment Inc.
