D&H United Fueling Solutions announces acquisitions and new executive team

D&H United Fueling Solutions, Inc. has announced the purchase of assets from D&H Pump and Environmental and United Pump Supply. The combined companies will be known as D&H United Fueling Solutions, Inc.

The executive team has also been modified, with Bo Sasnett, a 30-year industry veteran, joining the company as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Meanwhile, John Farrell will continue with the company and has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Senior management has partnered with Third Century Investment Associates LP, an Atlanta-based private equity firm, which will provide resources to allow a continued growth of the company.
