Namibia: Vivo Energy opens new service station

Vivo Energy, African distributor of Shell products, has announced the opening of a new Shell-branded filling station in Namibia

The new gas stations will be located in Windhoek, a central town of Namibia, servicing the community and passing-by motorists, reported New Era.

The Lafrenz Shell station will include a convenience store, a Chicken Inn and Pizza Inn fast-food restaurants. These two food offerings are a result of an agreement between Vivo Energy and Innscor. Innscor is well-known as a high quality quick service restaurant brand.

Vivo Energy Namibia Managing Director Johan Grobbelaar said the opening of Shell Lafrenz is a re-affirmation of Vivo Energy Namibia’s commitment to expanding its presence in Namibia.

“We are confident that we have the best products to offer Namibians and are excited to open more retail sites so that the Namibian public will always have access to a Shell service station,” said Grobbelaar.
