The Oklahoma City-based Love’s operates service stations that provide fuel, mechanical services, roadside assistance, and restaurant and convenience store offerings to motorists and truck drivers in more than 360 locations across 40 states in the United States.

Love’s CNG network is expected to expand to 65 facilities with the purchase of 37 public-access locations from Trillium CNG.

"The acquisition of Trillium CNG provides Love’s with a great opportunity to leverage the very best of two companies,” said Frank Love, co-CEO of Love’s.

Love’s, which has worked with heavy and light-duty fleets, will further develop its CNG network as it starts providing solutions to Trillium’s customers such as transit authorities, school districts, airport fleets, as well as the motoring public.

Love’s clients will also have access to Trillium CNG filling stations, known to deliver more than 55 million gallons of CNG annually.

The acquisition is subject to approval of regulatory authorities.
