The purchase, worth approximately $48.5 million, has further strengthened CrossAmerica’s presence in the Midwest as 28 of the convenience stores are in Wisconsin and 3 are located in Minnesota.  CrossAmerica also purchased the land associated with 27 of the sites.

"This now brings our number of fuel distribution locations to 95 in the upper Midwest market, and over 1,250 nationally," said Jeremy Bergeron, president at CrossAmerica Partners LP.

CSNews further reported that the acquisition followed CrossAmerica’s purchase of Erickson Oil Products in February 2015. Hudson, Wisconsin-based Erickson operated 64 convenience stores in Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin and South Dakota.
