Tobacco Depot has 13 stores in Tampa, Florida, which would boost TCSC’s expansion plans in the Sunshine State’s retail tobacco market.

TCSC will retain the Tobacco Depot brand as well as its store employees. It will co-brand though the stores Smoker Friendly in the near future and will offer Smoker Friendly brand family of products, reported csnews.com.

"These stores are an excellent 'bolt-on' to our existing company stores in the mountain states and provide a complimentary product mix to the categories we currently sell in our stores. We are very excited about bringing the great premium cigar business that is established in these stores into our portfolio," said TCSC/Smoker Friendly President Terry Gallagher Jr.

Boulder-Colorado based TCSC operates 103 retail outlets that sell tobacco and liquor as well as Gasamat-branded convenience stores and gas stations.
