Gazprom crates new NVG subsidiary for Europe
Gazprom continues to invest in natural gas for vehicles with the creation of Gazprom NGV Europe in Berlin (Germany).
The new company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gazprom Germania GmbH and will continue their former CNG business. The company currently operates 50 natural gas filling stations in Germany and has already constructed a further ten filling stations in the Czech Republic and Poland.
Uwe Johann from Gazprom Marketing and Trading has been appointed as managing director of the new company, according to a company release.
Since early 2016, the company added 14 more units to its CNG station network, bringing their total number to 66.
