Italy: Aquarama acquires car wash competitor Hypromat

Italian car wash company Aquarama has acquired Hypromat's business in Italy, including 19 car wash sites.

Aquarama, an Italian car wash manufacturer led by the Bosio family, has expanded its business with the acquisition of Hypromat´s business in Italy. The move increases Aquarama´s presence in the Italian car wash market.

The Bosio family is currently pushing the company towards growth by making deals and investing in companies that will allow them to expand their services and influence across the world – Aquarama employs 180 workers and exports to over 40 countries.

Apart from the Hypromat acquisition, Aquarama has recently invested in the Cuneo area and its branches in Switzerland, Spain and South America.

Hypromat is an international French-Swiss corporation operating in Europe and North Africa that manufactures car wash equipment and owns the car wash franchise Eléphantblue.
