Etihad operates two flights per day direct from Manchester Airport (MAN) to Abu Dhabi Airport (AUH). From its Abu Dhabi base, Etihad Airways flies to more than 110 passenger and cargo destinations around the world.

Major airlines operating out of Manchester, Heathrow, and Leeds Bradford airports have direct jet fuel supply agreements with Essar Oil UK.

Essar Oil UK owns and operates the Stanlow Refinery at Ellesmere Port, which manufactures more than two billion litres of jet fuel annually and produces 16% of the UK’s road transport fuel demand.

“This is another significant step in realising our objective of value chain integration by combining our refinery supply strength with our marketing capabilities in the aviation sector. This is aligned with our strategy of expanding the downstream presence of the business,” said S. Thangapandian, Chief Executive Officer at Essar Oil UK.
