The rebranding is part of an agreement of the gas stations' new owners Brookfield Business Partners with Imperial Oil.

Brookfield, a New York and Toronto-listed business services and industrial company, has completed the acquisition of the gas stations from Canada's largest retailer Loblaw Companies Limited for approximately C$540 million.

The gas stations will continue to allow customers to collect PC® points through Loblaw's PC Plus® loyalty program and by using PC Financial® products, stated a company release.
