Total Ghana wins service and brand awards
Total Petroleum Ghana has received Best Customer Service Award 2016 and Best Brand (Environment/Safety) 2016 from the Chamber of Petroleum Consumers (COPEC) Ghana.
These awards are the latest addition to the recognition the company had received at the Ghana Oil and Gas Awards (GOGA) where it won the Best Oil Marketing Company.
Olivier Van-Parys, Managing Director of Total Ghana, said that the company has been always in close contact with customers through regular station visits and close collaboration with its service station staff.
Renovations are also being undertaken, installing additional state-of-the-art facilities such as lube bays, car wash centres, and food corners to enhance total customer experience.
