The standard module is responsible for master data administration. This includes customer cards, vehicles and products. Also all personnel, accounts and different contract parameters are managed here. And there is no limit to the number of parameters. And due to the multi-client capability HecPoll Standard is also able to manage multiple companies at once.

HECPOLL PROFESSIONAL
HecPoll Profession includes the service range of the standard version and has in addition further elements. The comprehensive statistic formats offer additional service.  This also enables the operator to generate individual analyses for its customers for several types of fuel such as Diesel and ADblue.  Customers who would like to know more about the individual vehicles in the fleet will find Transactor Professional very useful. The vehicle analysis supplies all relevant data. Discrepancies are shown using chart analysis and export to CSV or PDF format.

HECPOLL FLEETNET
Communication is the key word for HecPoll FleetNet brand. This component enables the online authorisation of station cards from the individual filling station to the headquarters. The system is designed openly. The standardised online interface (IFSF-based) to the FleetNet-Server offers the option to connect POS-or fuel terminal systems by different manufacturers.

HECPOLL AER-MONITORING
You can save real money using HecPoll-AER-monitoring as it enables a highly efficient service. Status and fault notifications are immediately transmitted to the service and operating staff via email or SMS. This enables ideal coordination of all operations. Reporting includes all relevant areas and processes.

HECPOLL OPTAVIAS
HecPoll Optavias is a PC-based software solution for the analysis and monitoring of level gauge data. All functions are integrated such as strapping table management, volume conversion, temperature compensation (conversion to normal temperature), and preset of limit values with visual and acoustic alarms.
