Remote Approval
HecStar offers a broad service for the operator and customer. This also includes remote approval with amount function. An example: The driver has no payment card on him and the HecStar is only available at the filling station without a banknote reader. The driver‘s tank is empty so he cannot just go to the next filling station.

He doesn’t have to as he can simply pay an amount of his choice at the shop POS. The filling station operator then clears the HecStar and the customer can fill up his car at once.

Software Connection

HecStar communicates with different Hectronic software modules. HecPoll/Fuel Data software organises the entire refuelling business with refuelling data processing and customer billing. And FleetNet ensures that authorisation can also be carried out online. Thanks to this software you can now even administer fuel cards on a central server that could previously only be processed locally. Authorisation of station cards is carried out online from the individual station to the headquarters. This now enables different filling station operators to cooperate and accept each other‘s cards as part of the cooperation. This increases turnover and guarantees a cost-efficient fuel purchasing.

Credit/ Vouchers

Barcode and prepaid function offer new ways of money transfer. The customer pays an amount at the HecStar and in return receives the corresponding amount of fuel. If he doesn’t require the whole amount of fuel then he will not have lost the money or try to claim it back from the institution. HecStar will issue a receipt with barcode which shows the remaining amount. The driver simply has to put this receipt under the scanner of HecStar when he visits the filling station the next time and the pump will immediately be ready to use for the open amount. This credit management system is also suitable for gift vouchers.
