Safe operation for gantry car washes

New start and operating system CR 214 from Kärcher

Kärcher is expanding its vehicle wash product portfolio with a specially developed start and operating system CR 214 for gantry car washes. This new machine is characterised by particularly simple operation and provides detailed system capacity utilisation analyses.

The system allows the operator to issue single, multiple or season tickets for vehicle cleaning. Customers receive a ticket with a multi-digit code, which must be entered in the system to start the cleaning programme. Operation is simple and convenient – a colour display with touchscreen efficiently guides customers through the programme.

Operators are also offered new options: the system records data such as numbers of washes or selected washing programmes. This provides an accurate overview of the applications used and allows operators to replace programmes that are less attractive. A further advantage is the option of connecting the CR 214 to already existing cash systems.
