ALPGA - Australian Liquefied Petroleum Gas Association Limited

Since 1958 when it was initially formed the Australian Liquefied Petroleum Gas Association Ltd (ALPGA) has been committed to representing and promoting the interests of all sectors of the LPG industry in Australia. In 2004 the Association moved to using the name LPG Australia so you will find references to both ALPGA and LPG Australia within the site.

The objectives of LPG Australia are:

• To coordinate improved safety in the LPG industry
• To coordinate technical developments in the LPG industry
• To coordinate the promotion of growth in the LPG industry through conferences, exhibitions, liaison with Government and the public, and the dissemination of information among members and stakeholders.

ALPGA is a member association managed under the direction of a President and Board of Directors appointed by the Association's Council members.
