To be an institution with a permanent business support system that creates certainty in their members, representing and protecting their interests and being able to confront and meet the challenges posed by the law that regulates this activity, encouraging the promotion, development, protection, defense and improvement in their efforts to achieve service excellence. Ensure that each partner can develop their entrepreneurial venture in the best situations of harmony, agreement and responsibility in their relationships with State and private entities, so they can provide a service to the population in prime conditions.
