Second Europe Distributor Conference of Tatsuno
The second distributor conference of the Czech-based company TATSUNO EUROPE a.s. was held on October 29th, to tie in with the celebrations of the 20th anniversary of the company’s founding.
In the first part of the conference, the staff of Tatsuno Europe showed presentations about the company history and its successful evolution, the current range of products and technologies, and plans for the near future. This included a presentation of the company’s newest designs of the Ocean dispenser line, which will be openly showcased at the UNITI Expo in Stuttgart, in June 2014.
In the afternoon section, there were two introductions of partner companies by their representatives; Mr. Pierre Sandquist of the Swedish company NPS, and Mr. Balázs Főző of GIA Hungary. Following their presentations, a lively debate sprung up, with the topics of competitiveness and price management being most prominent.
The conference was concluded by a dinner party in a traditional Moravian wine cellar with a local dulcimer group, where the participants had a chance to exchange their ideas, requests and suggestions in an informal setting.
The conference was held in Lednice, a UNESCO world heritage center, about 10 km from the site where the company’s first petrol dispensers were installed in 1994.
21 representatives from 12 different countries attended the conference, along with the President of the Japanese Tatsuno Corporation Hiromichi Tatsuno, the Director of Tatsuno Corporation Fumitaka Hayama, the President of Tatsuno Europe Hidehito Umezawa, and 15 other Tatsuno Europe staff members.
