Talking Dover's Wayne acquisition with Neil Thomas

At last week´s UNITI expo 2016, PetrolPlaza TV had a chance to talk to Neil Thomas, Wayne Fueling Systems CEO, about the acquisition of the company by Dover Corporation, the 125th anniversary, and the latest products.

Two weeks ago Wayne Fueling Systems, a market leader in fuel retail equipment, shocked the industry by announcing it had been acquired by Dover Corporation for $780 million.

At the UNITI show, which took place June 14 – 16 in Stuttgart (Germany), Neil Thomas described the acquisition as "a very exciting time for our customers, distributers and other business partners that we have in our industry."
