Present position and responsibilities:

Johnson Controls IFM Industrie GmbH, since 01/09/2006 starting as the Account Manager for the Shell retail business in Germany, since May 2008 as the Cluster Director for South/East Europe, since October 2009 for whole Europe responsible for 18 countries . Managing around 250 own employees and 500 sub contractors for all possible maintenance and service responsibilities. Controlling the budget of the client as well as the project revenue. Accountable for the savings and the operational excellence.
