ABB is the European outsourced service provider for the retail business of one of the global players in Oil&Gas. The scope does cover all maintenance and repair work plus programmes/project to increase efficiency, up-time and improve image/design. Managing own employees plus contractors in 12 countries, controlling the budget and responsible to initiate and realize savings, to meet the high targets on HSE and business controls/audits
