The annual Workshop Conference "SMART-filling stations efficiency, innovation, state-of-the-art service" will take place on March 15, 2019 (Moscow, Metropol Hotel, Teatralnyi proezd, 2). The Conference is organized by National Oil & Gas Forum.

For several years running the fuel retail market undergoes structural changes in products assortment. Due to current market conditions the main income keeps consistently coming from related products and services. Filling stations experience a new level of development competing not just with one another but also with retail outlets and cafes. Whereas the versatility of the filling stations' business dictates its senior managers and owners new rules of play, aimed above all at increasing operational efficiency by way of automating business processes, pressed by the general tendency towards digitization and coupled with absolutely new quality standards to assess personnel performance.

The main objective of this workshop conference is to define beneficial ways to support effective business operation and development in the context of the growing customers' demand for high-quality services on the one hand and low marginality of ex-factory prices on the other hand.

The following critical matters are going to be addressed during the conference: digitization of filling stations and operational efficiency; approaches to optimal allocation of innovation services; practicability of acquiring in the current context; widening the assortment of related products and services; loyalty programs; pricing analyses for main HC products; competition expansion; up-to-date technologies to control fuel quality and spill volumes.
