Argentina: YPF introduces new fuel delivery service

FILLER, the new intelligent fueling service, allows customers to refuel INFINIA in their homes.

In a pilot test, which may be rolled out to different points in its network depending on needs and demand, YPF implemented this new delivery service. This move positioned YPF as a pioneer in fuel delivery.

YPF provides an agile and easily accessible app service to bring the fuel station closer to its consumers. A distribution unit has been designed in accordance with the remote fueling service regulations and in compliance with strict safety standards.

The system works in three simple steps: the customer downloads the APP into his cell phone; he or she programs a day and time zone where FILLER can go to; and finally, the refueling proceeds and the electronic invoice is sent to the client.

The benefits for customers are multiple because it allows them to manage their time, avoiding queues, and they do not have to be present at the time of refueling.

This YPF initiative, which is in a pilot phase, is part of the company's quest to offer its customers new benefits, adding new technologies and innovation to its services.
