USA: Bitcoin ATMs to be installed at Circle K stores
Customers at select Circle K convenience stores in two western states will be able to access Bitcoins.
Circle K, one of the United States’ biggest convenience store chains, is set to welcome 20 new Bitcoin ATMs at stores located in Arizona and Nevada as part of a pilot initiative.
The partnership marks the largest expansion for DigitalMint to date.
“We are very happy to add DigitalMint as a partner and we look forward to working with their team," said Joel Konicke, Category Manager, Circle K Stores Inc. “Partnering with DigitalMint allows us to provide our customers with seamless access to Bitcoin, at a very reasonable price.”
DigitalMint is a Chicago-based chain of Bitcoin ATMs and teller windows. In the nearly five years since it was founded, DigitalMint said it has grown to 250 locations in 25 states.
