Greenpoint, Shell open new filling station in the Netherlands

The new site in Zeewolde will mainly serve professional heavy-duty vehicles.

Greenpoint and Shell opened a new gas station in Zeewolde, in the Netherlands. Located at the entrance to the Trekkersveld III industrial site, the filling station will offer high speed pumps and big parkings slots for heavy vehicles round the clock, informed Tankpro.nl.

The Greenpoint location comprises Shell Express and Shell Truck Diesel pumps.

With this opening, Greenpoint operates eight locations in the area. The fuel station offers two CO2-neutral diesel alternatives, in addition to conventional diesel and AdBlue. Shell FuelSave Diesel and Shell FuelSave Euro 95 can be refuelled at the four pumps of Shell Express canopy, while Shell FuelSave Diesel, AdBlue and Shell GTL Fuel are available at the three high speed pumps of Shell Truck Diesel.

"We deliberately built the station in Zeewolde as a multifunctional site, so that we are prepared for the future. It is important to be able to respond quickly to customer demand," emphasises Greenpoint marketing manager, Bart De Keuster.
