Scheidt & Bachmann equips Aral petrol stations with new POS systems

The current SIQMA Infinity hardware platform is currently being rolled out in the German Aral filling station network. After the successful test phase and rollout of more than 5000 systems, the deployment in further countries is planned.

SIQMA Infinity is the future-proof hardware platform for petrol station management systems by Scheidt & Bachmann. SIQMA Infinity is not only significantly more compact than its predecessors, the new hardware is also much more efficient and powerful. In combination with Windows 10 as the operating system, this makes working at the POS and back office systems much easier. In addition, the new hardware already provides the prerequisites for expanding the systems with new technologies in the future.

In addition to SIQMA Infinity, Aral gas stations will also receive a new fully graphical customer display. On this display, the entire shopping basket is now clearly displayed to the customer during sales. The customer can keep track of the scanned items at all times and see the current status of his purchase.

After the successful test phase, Scheidt & Bachmann System Service GmbH can now once again prove its efficiency. With the help of a site-related staging of the systems at Scheidt & Bachmann, the devices are so well prepared that the petrol stations can resume regular site operation very quickly. We are pleased to realize this project together with Aral.
