The number of PEI distributors involved in electric vehicle (EV) charging doubled in 2019 while the biggest challenge continues to be the shortage of skilled labour. More than 82% of surveyed distributors and contractors and more than 77% of manufacturers described themselves as extremely or moderately optimistic, according to PEI.
