French oil company Total has consolidated its entry in the state of San Luis Potosí with 22 gas stations in operation one year later.

Last update:

"Mexico is a strategic country for Total and we will continue to invest in it. Thanks to the excellent results we have had in the state, we will continue to grow the Network with a vision for the next ten years, ensuring operations that create value and opportunities for job creation, training and industrial growth," said Marie Djordjian, General Director of Total Mexico.

She was accompanied by Laurent Tissot, Director of the Service Station Network in Mexico, and Cuahutémoc Íñiguez, Deputy Director of the Network in charge of business development.

The firm said that "closing 2019 with 250 service stations in the central and western part of the country is due to the great confidence that Mexican business has placed in the French company and that, as a fundamental principle has to respect the business and economic independence of its strategic partners, which are the local gas station entrepreneurs, to remain at the forefront of the operations of their own businesses, as well as share with them the values that make up the DNA of the company as they are: honesty, transparency and security.”

With more than 100,000 satisfied daily customers in Mexico, Total announces the opening of "Total Wash" and "Bonjour Stores" by 2020 in the entity.
