PTT Philippines announced that the majority of its retail stations remain operational to serve the public, especially frontliners who are taking both public and private transportation.

“While there are stations that temporarily have closed shops amid this pandemic, the majority of our stations are still operational to provide the fuel requirements of various vehicles like those delivery trucks that transport food, medicine, and other essentials,” said PTT Philippines Corporation Philippines president and chief executive officer, Thitiroj Rergsumran.

“While we are trying to have a business as usual despite the current situation we are in, we still need to shorten the business hours, except for at least 12 stations that still are open 24 hours, since most of the areas where we operate are either under the enhanced community quarantine or the general community quarantine,” Rergsumran further said.

Rergsumran advised the public to check on the PTT Philippines website for the list of PTT stations and their respective operating business hours. “We uploaded the list so our customers would know whether the PTT stations in their areas are operational or not,” he added.

PTT Philippines, a subsidiary of Thailand’s PTT Oil and Retail Business Co., has retails stations in various parts of Luzon, including Metro Manila, and in the Visayas particularly in the provinces of Cebu and Iloilo.
