USA: ProClean Auto Wash acquires 28th location
The new location is “a strategic site” to ProClean Auto Wash’s geographic expansion, as the company intends to continue its acquisition plan.
ProClean Auto Wash, a car wash company specialised in serving Denver metropolitan area, has added its 28th location in Denver by acquiring a Lowry Car Care site, according to the company’s operations manager, Kim Allen.
“This is a strategic site to our geographic expansion. We intend to continue our acquisitions of carwashes and are exploring various sites for development,” commented ProClean Founder, John Zayac.
ProClean Auto Wash started with its first acquisition in 1986. Its locations utilize a specialized dashboard management system that provides real-time carwash management, minimum downtime and remote monitoring, according to a company’s press release.
IBG Business Services Inc., a merger and acquisition firm with over 1,100 completed transactions that specializes in the carwash industry, served as the advisor to ProClean Auto Wash.
