CEO Sergio Affronti reported on the new structure of the leading Argentian downstream player.

YPF's CEO, Sergio Affronti, announced the new structure of the Downstream business in a meeting.

"This is the visible face of the company, the one that puts us in touch with the millions of clients that choose our services throughout the country," said the CEO during his virtual presentation with more than 3,500 people from YPF's team.

YPF has invested $2.7 billion in the last 10 years in improving and creating new processes, it represents 50% of the country's refining capacity and 56% of fuel sales, and has more than 1,600 retail sites in Argentina.

"With this team we have set ourselves the challenge of leading the downstream of the future, adding quality, innovative products with new services for our clients in order to sustain our position and lead the changes in the market," said Sergio Affronti when referring to this first line of business that maintains professionalism, incorporates diversity by adding, for the first time in 10 years, a woman at that level and an executive from the YPF upstream.

"Our vision is to generate a more diverse, more balanced and integrated company. The team we are announcing has the experience and an important track record within the company" concluded the company's CEO. During the presentation, he was accompanied by Mauricio Martin, Vice President of Downstream and José Manuel Aggio, Vice President of Human Resources.

The company has 3 industrial complexes and a Petrochemical complex located in Mendoza, Neuquén and Buenos Aires province.
