Last update:

OrangeGas and DCB Energy have expanded their network of green fuel stations in The Netherlands with the addition of a new CNG filling point at Europoort Rotterdam.

The new site in Rotterdam is the fourth CNG station the companies have delivered together in The Netherlands, with other locations already in operation in Venlo, Den Hoorn, and Borne.

OrangeGas and DCB Energy will continue to expand their joint footprint in the country with a goal to operate 20 clean fuel locations within two years. Next stations are planned to open first in Schiphol Airport, and in Maasmechelen, Assen and Eindhoven at a later stage.

The so-called ‘DCB Energy Hubs’ are stations located in strategic locations that offer all fuels under one canopy.

Born in 1961, DCB Energy is an independent family business that offers transport and mobility solutions across the Benelux and Germany.

The Dutch company OrangeGas BV was founded in 2008 and is market leader in the Netherlands with 85 Bio-CNG filling stations. The company also operates 125 sites in Germany, and four commercial stations and one bus depot in Sweden, where it plans to to offer Bio-CNG at 20 to 30 own CNG filling stations by the end of 2020. In 2021, OrangeGas will also start operating and delivering clean fuels in Belgium.
