English Español Sweden: Nel ASA to install new H2 station for heavy-duty vehicles in Borlänge

Scheduled to be operational by Q4 of 2022, the hydrogen station will refuel MaserFrakt AB’s fleet of heavy-duty fuel cell electric vehicles.

Nel Hydrogen Fueling, a subsidiary of Nel ASA, has received a purchase order from MaserFrakt AB for one hydrogen fueling station to be used for a fleet of heavy-duty fuel cell electric vehicles in Borlänge, Sweden.

Scheduled to be operational by Q4 of 2022, the hydrogen station allows to refuel hydrogen vehicles in less than fifteen minutes. The parties have agreed not to disclose the value of the purchase order.

“We are very happy to be chosen by MaserFrakt to be the supplier of their first hydrogen fueling station. MaserFrakt, one of Sweden's largest companies in the haulier and construction business, has taken an important decision by introducing hydrogen for mobility, supporting their aim of becoming climate neutral by 2035,” says Christian Vinther, Key Account Manager at Nel Hydrogen Fueling.
