USA: Express Wash Concepts acquires three Bee Clean Express Car Wash locations

The company now operates a total of 57 locations across the country through six car washes brands.

Express Wash Concepts has announced the acquisition of three Bee Clean Express Car Wash locations. The company has expanded its footprint in the Ohio region by purchasing two new sites in Zanesville and one in Cambridge, one of the former being currently under construction. After the expansion, the company has accumulated up to 57 operating car washes in the country.

"The Bee Clean Express Car Wash brand is a Zanesville institution, and our team will work tirelessly to preserve this legacy while offering customers the highest quality wash and customer service experience possible," said John Roush, Express Wash Concepts Chief Executive Officer.

The purchase left Express Wash Concepts in charge of six car washes brands across the country. Newly bought Bee Clean sites will join other locations under management by Moo Moo Express Car Wash, Flying Ace Express Car Wash, Clean Express Auto Wash, Meyers Auto Wash, Green Clean Express Auto Wash and Snazzy’s Express Car Wash.

The acquisition was effective as of December 30, 2021, with no interruption to Bee Clean Express retail wash customers and Unlimited Club members. Express Wash Concepts has confirmed it will keep its branding as part of its expansion strategy.
