PetrolPlaza Talks at UNITI expo: Trends from Around the World

Frictionless shopping and autonomous stores, the expansion of service hubs across Europe, and which fuels will dominate the transport market - these are the three trends discussed at a session hosted by PetrolPlaza at UNITI expo's International Forum.

PetrolPlaza hosted a roundtable discussion on some of the biggest trends around the world at the International Forum of UNITI expo 2022. Based on some of the main stories PetrolPlaza has covered over the last year, the panel discussed the transition in the fueling and transport sector, traditional gas stations becoming services hubs and the rise of frictionless shopping.

After a four-year wait, UNTI expo finally came back to Stuttgart, Germany gathering 16,000 attendees from all over the world. The leading European trade fair for the service station and carwash industries was branded a success by organisers and participants. The most innovative products and concepts were on display by the hands of 431 exhibitors from 37 countries.
