ModWash acquires Home Team Car Wash’s Florida network

The addition of three new locations will amp the firm’s current network to 52 car wash sites across 11 states.

Commercial Plus Group has announced the acquisition of Home Team Car Wash, with three locations in Florida, by ModWash. With this expansion, ModWash currently operates a total of 11 sites in the state with another 30 in development set to open in the near future.

ModWash launched in 2020 and has been growing its footprint since then. The transaction has added three new locations to its total network of 52 sites across 11 states of the currently ranked 17th firm on the Top 100 Conveyor Car Washes List.
