Pemex buys more gasoline with less money in early 2015

Mexican state oil company Pemex managed to buy 13% more gasoline from the United States in the first two months of this year even as it had to pay 43% less from the fuel it imported.

The savings were not passed down to consumers, the report said.

The total volume imported in January-February was 24.7 million barrels of gasoline.
