During the first phase, any credit card holder registered with Wall Street Exchange will be able to make a payment in any Enoc or Eppco petrol statio as well as in Zoom outlets. The new service makes it easier for drivers to pay their bills at any time of the day.

“Customer convenience is the primary reason this service has been pioneered by us,” said Sultan AlMahmoud, chief marketing and support services officer at Wall Street Exchange.

After the first phase, any card holder with a valid Emirates ID will be able to use the new payment service.

"Our fuel stations are located across various areas in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, and we are always at the forefront to introduce new services that enhance customer satisfaction,” said Burhan Al Hashemi, Enoc’s managing director for retail.

With around 5.9 million bank cards in circulation, the UAE is one of the fastest growing markets for contactless payments.
