Gazprom and NIGC have continued to hold talks on possible cooperation projects the two companies could undertake in the future, reported Kallanish Energy.

One of the proposals raised by Gazprom officials was a plan to improve the gas distribution in Iran.  Repair and maintenance of gas transmission and distribution networks was likewise discussed in a meeting held in Tehran on Monday.

Both parties agreed to continue talks on 11 topics which include ways on reducing gas consumption for home use, compressed natural gas (CNG), liquefied natural gas (LNG), new technologies, among others in the next meeting which will be held in Russia, according to tradearabia.com.
