D&H United to acquire LOB's Texas business as part of strategic partnership

D&H United Fueling Solutions and Australian fuel analytics and field technologies company Leighton O’Brien have announced an expansion of its strategic partnership in Texas.

The expansion will see D&H United, known for fuel system installation, as well as service and equipment distribution, acquire Leighton O’Brien’s existing business in Texas.

“Through this partnership with Leighton O’Brien, we continue to expand our services portfolio by leveraging Leighton O’Brien’s market-leading technologies,” said D&H United Fueling Solutions CEO Bo Sasnett.

The partnership will include Leighton O’Brien Vice President of Operations Mike Thornton joining the D&H United team.
